Ecovacs has four GOAT models: the O1000 RTK at $999.99, the O1000 LiDAR PRO at $1,499.99, the A2000 LiDAR PRO at $1,999.99 and the A3000 LiDAR PRO at $2,499.99. Mammotion has two: the LUBA mini 2 AWD 1500H at $1,799 and the LUBA 3 AWD 3000 at $2,799. Ecovacs starts lower and has more choice below $2,000.
The Ecovacs GOAT O1000 RTK pairs RTK GPS with LiDAR and is the only Ecovacs model listed as needing an RTK antenna. The three LiDAR PRO models use LiDAR alone. Both Mammotion mowers are listed as needing no antenna. The LUBA 3 is RTK plus LiDAR and the LUBA mini 2 is LiDAR alone.
This is where the brands part ways. Both Mammotion models are all-wheel drive with an 80 percent slope rating. Ecovacs rates the O1000 models for 45 percent and the A2000 and A3000 for 50 percent, and none is listed as all-wheel drive. Mammotion gives a 3 year warranty. Ecovacs lists 1 year on every model here, which is short for a mower at this price.
Ecovacs has wider decks on its larger models. The A2000 and A3000 cut 13 in, and the O1000 models cut 8.7 in. The A3000 runs 160 minutes per charge. Noise is 57 to 62 dB on Ecovacs, against 65 and 70 dB on Mammotion. Mammotion's LUBA 3 is the louder mower.
Choose Ecovacs for a lower price, a quieter mower and a wide deck, if the slopes are mild. Choose Mammotion for steep ground and a longer warranty. See the hills list and the LiDAR list, or the brand pages for Ecovacs and Mammotion.
