Our verdict

At $1,999.99 it is $300 above the typical LiDAR mower in our data, $1,699.99 (median of 11). Ecovacs gives no mowing area, so we cannot work out a price per acre, and it is not on any of our top lists. The warranty is 1 year, and no noise level is listed.

What it does state: a 13 inch cut, 3.54 inch top cut height, 50 minutes of runtime on a 96 Wh battery, IPX6 and 39.2 pounds. The 50 minute runtime is short next to the $2,499.99 A3000 at 160 minutes.

Look at the alternatives with known areas. The Dreame A3 AWD 2000 is $300 cheaper at $1,699.99 with 0.5 acre, an 80% slope limit and a 3-year warranty. The Mammotion LUBA mini 2 AWD 1500H is $1,799 with 0.37 acre and the same 80% limit. Both give you numbers to plan with.

Skip it unless you want the wide deck and cannot verify the area elsewhere. Ecovacs US is the only seller.
