Mammotion has two models in our data: the LUBA mini 2 AWD 1500H at $1,799 and the LUBA 3 AWD 3000 at $2,799. Segway Navimow has six, from the i105 at $799 to the X390 at $4,499, with the i206 AWD at $899, i210 AWD at $1,099, X330 at $2,299 and X350 at $2,799 in between. Navimow covers a much wider price range. Mammotion sells only at the upper middle.
Mammotion uses LiDAR. The LUBA mini 2 is LiDAR alone and the LUBA 3 pairs LiDAR with RTK GPS. Neither needs an RTK antenna, according to Mammotion. Navimow uses RTK GPS with a camera. The i105, X330, X350 and X390 need an antenna. The i206 AWD and i210 AWD are listed without that need. Our guide to RTK vs LiDAR vs camera explains the difference.
Both LUBA models are all-wheel drive with an 80 percent slope rating. Navimow has all-wheel drive only on the i206 and i210, both rated for 45 percent. Its X-series is not all-wheel drive and is rated for 50 percent. Area rating is where Navimow wins: the X350 is rated for 1.5 acres and the X390 for 2.5 acres, against 0.37 acres for the LUBA mini 2 and 0.75 for the LUBA 3.
Both brands list a 3 year warranty on every model here. Navimow is quieter, at 58 to 60 dB across its range. The LUBA mini 2 is 65 dB and the LUBA 3 is 70 dB.
Choose Mammotion if your yard is steep or has dense tree cover. Choose Navimow if you want a lower entry price, a larger lawn, or quieter running. For a small lawn, the Navimow i206 AWD at $899 is hard to beat on price. See the AWD list and the hills list for rankings, or the Mammotion and Navimow brand pages.
